Returns:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Refunds:

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note:
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping:
